How it works
Simple for you. Structured behind the scenes.
We follow a clear process to make sure you get the right support, the right people, and the right results.
Six steps
Understand the business first.
- Understand the business first.
- Build the right support around it.
- Deliver only what we can responsibly manage.
Step 01
Understand
We first understand the client's actual problem.
Step 02
Scope
We define the work, responsibilities, expected outputs, deadlines, access requirements, and boundaries.
Step 03 · Checkpoint
Confirm
Before work begins, QuintByte confirms that the required skill, capacity, pricing, funding, reviewer, and delivery conditions are available.
Step 04
Assign
Once activated, the work is assigned to the right specialist or team member for the agreed scope.
Step 05
Deliver
The assigned specialist performs the work while the appropriate QuintByte manager coordinates delivery, escalation, and client communication.
Step 06 · Checkpoint
Review
We maintain visibility throughout the engagement, address issues, and review the work so it stays clear, manageable, and accountable.
The objective is not simply to complete tasks. It is to make sure the work is clear, manageable, accountable, and useful to the client's business.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions
How does onboarding work, and how long does it take?
Onboarding starts within three business days of your first payment. After you accept a proposal and the payment clears, we hold a kickoff to agree priorities, access, communication and reporting. We aim to have the first step running within the first week.
Who will be working on my account?
A named QuintByte team member or trained associate does the daily work. A founder supervises it, and a named backup covers absences. You always have one point of contact.
How do you communicate and report on progress?
We use the channels you prefer, usually email and a chat tool, and send a short weekly report. It covers what was done, what is in progress and what needs your decision. We agree response times in writing at the start.
